About Tinsley & Youngdahl, PLLC

Our Approach

The lawyers of Tinsley & Youngdahl, PLLC, practice law in order to empower clients in resolving their legal issues. From criminal defense to civil matters, our goal is not just to provide stellar advocacy in the courtroom but also to help clients make informed decisions so that the results obtained put them in a better place for the future.

To that end, our attorneys meet personally with clients in one-on-one consultations. We maintain direct communication with clients throughout the legal process so they know what we’re doing on their behalf. We also welcome the opportunity to strategize with clients to bring about the best possible results.

As part of our tailored approach, we offer unbundled legal services in addition to traditional retainers. We also offer payment plans in certain circumstances.

Both of our attorneys are Arkansas natives with a long history of service to the community. Jordan Tinsley graduated from Central High School in Little Rock and competed in the Arkansas High School Mock Trial Competition in junior high and high school. Today, he helps run the competition as Chair of the Mock Trial Committee for the Arkansas Bar Association. He also serves on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Eastern District of Arkansas and takes appointments from the Arkansas Public Defender Commission. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Attorney Colleen Youngdahl comes from a family of lawyers — both her father and grandfather practiced law in the Little Rock area for many years. During law school, she participated on the Labor and Employment Mock Trial team and also worked with several Hispanic community organizations. She is also fluent in Spanish.
